Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before your appointment time. Simply log in to your account, go to 'My Bookings', and select the booking you wish to modify.
We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability, especially for popular time slots. However, last-minute bookings are possible if slots are available.
Yes, we offer group bookings for parties of 5 or more. Please contact us directly for group rates and availability.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Apple Pay. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee of 50% of the booking price. No-shows are charged the full amount.
